"Becky sees what I miss. After a year, my leadership team is unrecognizable - in the best possible way."
Leaders move faster when someone challenges assumptions, follows through on commitments, and helps them stay aligned with what matters most.
Think through high-stakes calls with a partner who has sat in the seat.
Surface what is really driving performance - and what is quietly holding it back.
Stay aligned with what matters most - and follow through on the commitments you make.
Move forward with intention, not pressure.
Lead with conviction, not reaction.
"Becky sees what I miss. After a year, my leadership team is unrecognizable - in the best possible way."
"I've had coaches. Becky is different. She sharpens your thinking until the answer is obvious."
"The peer group alone is worth it. Becky holds the space for the real conversations."
I have spent my career around leaders carrying real responsibility.
My background as both a business owner and a leader in public relations and marketing allows me to see beyond what is being said. Working with brands such as Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Overhead Door, and Hansen taught me that the most important business challenges are rarely surface-level. The real opportunity lies in understanding what customers, employees, and stakeholders are thinking—but not saying.
Today, I bring that same perspective to CEOs. I help leaders step back, see beyond their own lens, and better understand what their teams, customers, and market may need from them—often uncovering what is truly driving the issues they are facing.
That shift in perspective is where better decisions begin.
"Growth gets harder when too much still depends on the CEO."
The challenges CEOs face rarely arrive labeled. What looks like a people problem is often a clarity problem. What looks like a strategy gap is often a perspective gap.
Whether you're scaling a growing business, stepping into a new role, navigating an ownership transition, or leading through a season of change, the most valuable thing I can offer is not advice - it's perspective you didn't have before you walked in. The leaders I work with most often are operating in growth, transition, or scale, and what they need is rarely another opinion. They need a thinking partner who can see what they cannot.
Most CEOs are not short on effort or capability. They are often operating with limited perspective - seeing the business primarily through their own lens.
The most important shift is helping leaders step back, see more clearly, and understand what they may be missing - in their teams, their business, and themselves.
When that happens, decisions improve. Teams perform at a higher level. And the business moves forward with more clarity and momentum.
My role is to help leaders think better, see more, and make decisions with greater confidence - using both perspective and data to get there.
Adaptive, real-time, not rigid.
I meet leaders where they are.
As a Vistage Chair, I lead a curated circle of non-competing leaders who challenge thinking, expand perspective, and create accountability - sharpening each other over time.
One-on-one support focused on leadership clarity, decision-making, and execution accountability - the decisions that actually move the business.
The Vistage Emerging Leaders group helps develop high-potential managers into the next generation of senior leaders. 40 graduates and still going.
The right peer group and coaching relationship doesn't just create insight - it creates follow-through.
CEOs consistently say the greatest value comes from having trusted leaders who ask hard questions, challenge blind spots, and hold them accountable for the commitments they make.
"The accountability alone changed how I lead. I stopped postponing difficult decisions and started executing with clarity."
"Becky helped me stay focused on the priorities that actually moved the business forward."
"Having a group of trusted peers who ask the hard questions has changed how I show up - and how my team performs."
A thirty-minute introduction. No pitch, no pressure.
